What are the delivery times?

Delivery can take up to 48 working hours for France and 5 to 7 days for overseas departments and territories and abroad to arrive at your destination, once the package has been shipped.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

Please send us a picture of the damaged item to the following email address: contact@sukinitea.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any problems our customers may encounter with their online items.

If you still want a refund, we can of course make the payment, if the call is made within 14 days of the order date and if the product(s) in question are not on sale.
